Christy Asher, President and CEO

Christy Asher founded Spectrum Property Services in 2001. She holds more than 25 years experience in accounting and management services for the operation of property management companies and a diversified real estate portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.

Christy oversees the company, as well as heads up the Accounting division for Spectrum. She is charged with providing daily management of assets, operations, finances and Spectrum’s staff. Christy also personally manages a portfolio of financially-contracted clients, and is charged with the preparation of the company’s corporate financial statements and monthly review of the associations’ financial statements. Prior to opening Spectrum, she headed up the Accounting division and was acting MIS and Human Resources manager for a large Ventura County area property management company. Her previous experience was with Pacific Earth Resources, where she was responsible for staffing, training and field evaluations of onsite and corporate personnel.

Christy currently serves as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer for the Channel Islands Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI), and previously was Treasurer for the Greater Los Angeles Green Industry Council, and Treasurer and President of the Cape I Homeowners Association.

A resident of Ventura, Christy earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from CSUN.
